How Do I Track My Members Attendance?
RhinoFit gives you three ways to track attendance. All three capture the attendance data you need, though some call for extra hardware. See what else our fitness software can do.
Key Tags
Key tags provide an inexpensive way to scan members into the gym quickly, without having to look them up in the software. Each time the key tag gets scanned, the software creates an attendance record which gets stored in the member's profile.
Sign In Kiosk
The sign-in kiosk replaces the front desk person. Members use a tablet* placed at the front desk to sign into the gym. The kiosk can even be configured to automatically sign them into their class.
Door Access Control
Our top tier software includes a Door Access Control Unit which unlocks the front door after a successful member scan. Tied directly to the software, only those members with a current, up to date, paid membership are allowed into the gym.
